5 Ingredients Cereal Bar

This chocolate cereal bar is the perfect go to for a morning snack or an afternoon pick me up. Super easy to make at home and so yummy!


Only 5 Ingredients:

- Oats

- Peanut butter

- Honey

- Some Seeds: Pumpkin or Sunflower seeds

- Black chocolate 99% Cacao for topping


You can also add some protein powder to the mix if you feel like it.


Preparation:

First start with melting the chocolate in a double boiler.

Grab a container and start mixing 2 glasses of oats with two big spoons of peanut butter using you hands to knead the mix. Add some honey, continue mixing and finish with the seeds.

Once ready, prepare your pan with some baking paper (just to facilitate the pieces’ cutting). Pour the mixture. Make sure to compress it at the bottom forming a flat even layer. Then add the melted chocolate on top and work it to cover all the corners.


Cover and leave in the fridge for 3 to 5 hours.
